Evening Gassho: Make it a bedtime habit to give thanks for the day, regardless of how things went.
Make use of waiting time.
Pause Gassho: Whenever waiting (e.g. in a store line, stop light, etc.), take a deep breath and say,
Ah
what a great opportunity to pause and refresh myself!
To nurture interpersonal unity.
Togetherness Gassho: With everyone locking arms together in a circle, put your right palm together
with the left palm of the person on your right, and your left palm together with the right palm of the person on your left.
All bow together.
