sound sweeps open a path for the mind. The long-lasting tone settles
and focuses the mind.

bell can be used while listening to a Dharma Talk, during an interpersonal
disagreement, or in the midst of any everyday task. The bell’s
pure tone is a reminder to come back to and be “one”
with the precious present moment. The “sacred” sound
can empty us out so we can receive the Eternal Now with a fresh,
open Beginner’s Mind.
