American Buddhist Services

Services are hosted by Heartland Sangha on the first and third Saturday mornings of every month. Each service is uniquely planned by a chairperson volunteer from the local Sangha. Music and readings from a variety of sources have been used. Gratitude and nourishment offerings of rice, flowers, water, or other creative offerings usually replace traditional incense burning. Attendees are invited to share their "Dharma Glimpses."

The Bright Dawn Institute has videotapes of some of these services and makes them available on loan.
